The general area. Fat Bastard kettle is in center and can hold approximately 55 gallons. The three smaller kettles to the right are used for mashing and have a capacity of 15.5 gallons each. Temperature for the mash kettles is maintained via fiberglass insulation and 3 propane burners.
Tank and manifold for triple burner.
The triple burner running full blast under the Fat Bastard. 450,000 total Btu! Can heat 32 gallons of water 125 degrees in 50 minutes.
The grinder. Powered by 1/4 horsepower motor enclosed in base connected to 15:1 reduction gearbox. It can grind (crush, actually) about 120 lbs. per hour.
