Dik, Jim, and John would like to thank everyone for helping to make this brew session successful and fun.  In particular, we would like to thank:
	The Wasabi Paddling Club for pickling the Dik and Jim the prior evening and then keeping them awake all night long so they were more useless and more obnoxious than usual during the brewing.  (Plus Jeanne for helping with the carboy filling.)
	Sergio and Tom for the wine, grappa, and excellent humor.  Also to Hilary for finding them and forcing them to attend and drink the ale.
	Holly for helping with the Irish Moss and honey.  Also, for inviting Dik and Jim to Kim's Birthday the evening prior so Dik could bump his head in her bathroom. (and for being one of the few people I can count on for proper assistance. --John)
	Thomas for a great job on welding together some of our equipment.
	and Nancy for helping with the last mash kettle in Dik's absence.
