Wild Stir-Fry Chicken Skillet

  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 chicken breast halves - boneless and skinless
  • 2 cup water
  • 2 pck (6 1/4oz) Uncle Ben's fast cooking Wild Rice and Long Grain
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes


  1. Heat oil in 10“ skillet over medium high heat. Cut chicken into 1” squares and cook, stirring frequently until firm and white.
  2. Add water, contents of rice and seasoning packets, onion, salt & pepper. Stir, bring to boil.
  3. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until water is absorbed, about 5 min.
  4. Stir in lettuce and tomatoe just before serving.


Serves: 6
