Tzatziki Sauce
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 English cucumber - finely diced
1 cloves garlic - finely diced
1 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
kosher salt and ground black pepper - to taste
2 Tbsp olive oil - topping
Combine Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, dill, lemon juice, lemon zest and mint in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with olive oil. Refrigerate for at least 10 to allow the flavor to meld.
Serves: 10 Total cooking time: 15 min.
