Tomatoes and White Beans

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 - 28 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1 - 24 oz bottle white beans
  • 2 Tbsp fresh tarragon or 2 tsp dried tarragon


  1. Heat oil to shimmering and add garlic. Cook until translucent.
  2. Add tomatoes, beans, tarragon and simmer for 8 min.


Serves: 4
