Steak Sous Vide Marinade
Combine and blend ingredients. Marinade steaks in container or vacuum bag with steaks. Marinade for 0-24 hr.
Sous vide at 127 deg for 2 1/2 hours. Initial water temp of 132 deg results in 126-127 when steaks added.
Pat surface dry and singe with torch.
Serves: 4 steaks Total marinade time: 0-24 hr
