Goat Cheese and Spinach Turkey Burger
19 oz. ground turkey
1-10oz. package frozen cut spinach - thawed and drained
3 Tbsp goat cheese - crumbled
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 Tbsp soy sauce
Seasoned mayo - mayo plus basil (optional)
Mix ingredients in bowl. Divide into 5 balls and form into patties.
Heat olive oil in 12“ skillet over med-high heat. Add patties and cook covered until exterior is browned, about 4 min. Flip and cook covered until firm and second side is browned, about 4 min.
Serve on bun and cover with seasoned mayo if desired.
Serves: 5 Total cook time: 10 min.
