Goat Cheese and Spinach Turkey Burger

  • 19 oz. ground turkey
  • 1-10oz. package frozen cut spinach - thawed and drained
  • 3 Tbsp goat cheese - crumbled
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • Seasoned mayo - mayo plus basil (optional)


  1. Mix ingredients in bowl. Divide into 5 balls and form into patties.
  2. Heat olive oil in 12“ skillet over med-high heat. Add patties and cook covered until exterior is browned, about 4 min. Flip and cook covered until firm and second side is browned, about 4 min.
  3. Serve on bun and cover with seasoned mayo if desired.


Serves: 5      Total cook time: 10 min.
