• 120 g flour
• 45 g WW flour
• 3/8 t baking soda
• 1/8 t nutmeg
• 1/8 t corriander
• 4 oz butter
• 100 g sugar
• 75 g brown sugar
• 1/2 t sea salt
• 1 egg
• 1 t vanilla
• 5 oz chocolate, slightly chopped

1. preheat oven to 375
2. whisk flours, baking soda, spices
3. beat butter, sugars, salt for ~3 minutes
4. add egg and vanilla
5. add flour, then chocolate chips
6. divide and bake for ~15 minutes
