Blue Cheese Cole Slaw

  • 1 (16 oz) package shredded coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage
  • 2 cups seedless red grapes - halved if large
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard
  • 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 Tbsp white sugar
  • 2 Tbsp cider vinegar


  1. In a large bowl whick together the mayo, mustard, cheese, sugar and vinegar.
  2. Add the coleslaw mix or cabbbage, grapes, and carrots. Stir until evenly coated. Chill until serving.

Serves: 8-10
