Blue Cheese Cole Slaw
1 (16 oz) package shredded coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage
2 cups seedless red grapes - halved if large
1 1/2 cup shredded carrot
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard
1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 Tbsp white sugar
2 Tbsp cider vinegar
In a large bowl whick together the mayo, mustard, cheese, sugar and vinegar.
Add the coleslaw mix or cabbbage, grapes, and carrots. Stir until evenly coated. Chill until serving.
Serves: 8-10
