Buddha Bowl

Large Bowl Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts

Small Bowl Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Dash black pepper
  • Dash garlic powder


Combine Ingredients

  1. Combine large bowl ingredients
  2. Combine small bowl ingredients
  3. Add small bowl to large bowl and mix


Serves: 8      Total cooking time: 15 min.
