Excellent finish and a fairly easy process to use. It's a bit tricky to get down a good thick coat and getting it totally level and even and I'd highly recommend taping out 50 sq. ft. sections in order to get the coverage just right. With the sealer and two coats the surface is pretty smooth but I'll probably apply a 3rd coat in the near future (after wet sanding to take down the imperfections) which should make things quite a bit smoother.
Unfortunately, after renting this unit I've discovered that it is obscenely slow at sanding and very expensive to operate. Working on a oak floor (~400sq ft.) in good condition took over 12 hours of sanding to get it to a finished state ready for covering. The place I rented from charged ~$1 for each sheet of sandpaper (Kingspore 6“ circular disc w/velcro backing) and I spent over $80 in sandpaper costs on the project. I'd recommend either a standard vibrating sander if the floor is in good shape or a drum sander (with it's associated drawbacks) for a floor in anything in worse shape.
