Pumpkin Pancakes


  1. In medium bowl mix together the milk, pumpkin puree, egg, oil, and vinegar. In small bowl combine the dry ingredients.
  2. Stir the dry mixture into the wet mixture and mix just long enough to combine. Add additional milk to provide the desired consistency.
  3. Heat a lightly oiled griddle over med-high heat. Scoop onto griddle and brown on both sides.
