One-Pot Pasta with Tomatoes


  1. Bring 1 qut of water to boil.
  2. Place pasta, tomatoes, zest, oil, and salt in bottom of large pot. Add the hot water to the pot with the pasta. Cover and bring to a boil. Remove lid, simmer 6 min.
  3. Add the greens, until liquid is reduced to sauce and pasta is cooked, approx. 6 min. Taste, season, top with cheese
  4. Stir in the parsley, salt, pepper, and bacon.


Serves: 4-5       Total cook time: 12 min
