Aluminum Foil Fish

• olive oil
• fish filet
• garlic salt
• optional vegetables: leeks, onion, zucchini, carrot
• optional herbs: parsley, basil leaves, thyme

1. Tear off length of aluminum foil and place small amount of olive oil and fish in center. Sprinkle with garlic salt.
2. Add vegetables cut into small chunks or strips as desired.
3. Add herbs as desired.
4. Sprinkle olive oil over top. Fold and seal tightly into packet. Place onto rimmed baking sheet.
5. Cook for 20-30 min. in preheated 350 deg. oven. Fish will be done 8 min. after packet starts sizzling. (listen with oven door open)
